Returns / Refunds

Receipt or proof of purchase is necessary for refund or replacement.

Custom commissions, originals, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Defect

We do our utmost to ensure product is sent out in tip-top shape but occasionally the universe throws a curve-ball. If you receive a damaged or defective item, a replacement or refund may be possible.

To start a refund for a damaged item, contact us at gabrielle@gabrialice.com within 7 days of receiving your item with a photo clearly showing the damage or defect. If your case is accepted, we will either replace or refund the item as agreed upon with you.

No Defect

For non-defective products, we will refund the item, minus a $3 restocking fee. Buyer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. To start a return for non-defective products, please contact us at gabrielle@gabrialice.com within 30 days of receiving your item. We will provide the information necessary for you to send the unused item back in its original packaging. Once the merchandise has been received by Gabrialice, we will process the refund, minus a $3 restocking fee. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
